What is the most valuable skill you learned?
- Preparing a focused talk to a specific audience. It was a wonderful experience to create a compelling talk that focused on the audience.
- How to craft an opening and loosen up!
- To use the outline to produce a talk.
- Breathe! And have a concise point.
- How to release the nervous energy.
- That it's much simpler than I previously thought.
- This was so well done! I feel fantastic that I can make such a big change in such a short period of time!

What is the most valuable skill you learned?
- That I have to be aware of how I speak in public, not only about the content but that the form is also important.
- How to project an image of confidence.
- The proper use of gestures and how to structure a presentation.
- Keep my eyes on the person when a question is asked, then answer to the whole group.

What was the most valuable skill you learned during the program?
- I increased my comfort level of giving presentations, I now have the skills to develop a good presentation.
- The opening is the most important part of the presentation.
- Control what I can control.
- That everyone has to prepare, there is no shortcut.
- It was great having a small group giving more time for each person.
